Chicken veggies soup with noodlles and fresh parsley
Today we are going to try a soup receipe packed with veggies and vitamins. It is easy and quick to cook.
Time for cooking: 30 mins
You will need:
📍3 chicken tighs for 4 portions of soup🍜
📍2 small carrots
📍1 celery stick
📍1 parsnip
📍celeriac
📍1 yellow onion
📍1 handful of noodles
📍1 handful of fresh parsley
📍salt and pepper
📍1 stock pot
How to prepare:
1.First u boil the tighs and take the foam off
2.Second u cut ur veggies ( i grated them thinking Fin would eat.He did’t eat lol)
3.Slowly fry the veggies in whatever oil u wish to
4.When the chicken is cooked u use the stock to boil the veggies
5.While veggies were boiling in the stock I took the chicken out and shred it and put it back with all the veggies and leave it to boil a little.
6.I also used a chicken stock pot to increase the flavour .
7.In the end u add a handful of noodles in your soup and leave it on simmer slow flame( doesn’t have to be egg noodles) until the noodles are ready as well.
8.As finish I used the fresh parsley and served it
